Single- or double-winged collapsible grilles made of vertical double-bars out of channel steel 10x20x10x 3 mm with scissors-sliders in flat steel 18 x 4 mm connecting 3 double-bars with a maximum of 120 mm separation. Lower rollers: ball bearing coated with polyamide. Upper and lower rail as u-profile 30x50x30x3 mm. Upper rail fix, lower rail folding up. Grilles over 2800 mm height get an upper rail as u-profile 50x50x50x3 mm.

The front rail (locking channel) of one-winged grilles is a 30x50x30x3 mm u-profile. Back rail as 30x50x30x3 mm u-profile. When installation is on the wall, the fastening is made with angles 50x50x4 mm.

Depending on how the grille is installed (see plan view), the retracted grille is swivelling or non-swiveling.
The lower pintle for swivelling grilles is brought into the floor or made as wall-fixation on an angle bracket.
Lock as hook bolt lock or espangnolette lock with multible bolting. Grilles lower than 1400 mm only kook bolt. All locks for profile cylinder; lockable just from inside(Outside or from both sides.
Grilles over 2400 mm height have 3 rows of scissors. If needed 3 rows can also be brought into grilles lower than 2400 mm.
Max. width for swivelling grilles is 3,0 m – bigger grilles only with fixed retraced grilles.

Special
As described, but running in upper c-rail 40x40x3 mm. Lower rail folding up as u-profile 30x50x30x3 mm or as 25x20x25x3 mm profile to bring into the floor. Only non swivelling grilles possible.
